Proactive Preventative Maintenance Program

Our customers love our Proactive Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Program. Our PPM Program will help extend the life of your roof and prevent costly damage due to leaks and other roofing problems. Our PPM Program includes:

- Removing leaves and debris from roof valleys and skylights

- Cleaning and tightening of gutters

- Inspecting and re-sealing skylights as needed

- Inspecting and re-sealing roof penetrations as needed

- Inspecting wall and dormer flashing and re-sealing as needed

- A full exterior roof inspection to discover any impending leak or rot issues

- Inspection report and pictures emailed to you after job completion

- Two inspections yearly (Spring & Fall)

- Treated as a priority call for any repair work needed
